Accidents happen and we are here to help you through the process of returning your car back to pre accident condition. Our aim is to make this an easy process for you. While we are not a affiliated with any one insurance company, we do work for all major insurance companies. You have the right to decide who will undertake your repairs you do not have to go with their preferred suppliers.
After an accident you will need to ring your insurance company and get a claim number.
Once you have your claim number you will need to bring your vehicle into us so that we can assess the damage and prepare a quote to send to your insurance provider.
During this assessment we will take photos of the damage from a range of angles. We will determine what hidden damage may have been done. Identify any parts that will need to be replaced rather than repaired.
Once the quote has been written we will send it to your insurance provider. When we do this we will let you know so that you can start following them up to ensure a speedy turn around.
Once we have approval to undertake the repairs we will set about ordering parts and determining when they will be delivered. Once we know these details and have the parts on site we will contact you to oranise a time to bring in your car.
Turn around time is job dependent, we can discuss this with you whenyou come in. If you do require a courtesty car this will impact on how quick we get you in. When using a courtesy car a fee of $50 will need to paid and a contract signed.
If you have an excess to pay, you will need to pay this to us before the car is released back to you. We do not have eftpos facilities on site so internet transfer or cash are the available options.
